1964 PONTIAC GTO CONVERTIBLE

This is a PHS documented numbers matching 1964 Pontiac GTO convertible with tri-power and a 4-speed, and is one of about 6,500 GTO convertibles produced in 1964. Finished in the correct Grenadier red finish, the body on this rare GTO is laser straight with no patch panels present at the time of restoration. The new black vinyl top sets off the red paint, and was a replaced with NOS top. Every part has been rebuilt or replaced with only the best original and reproduction parts. All bright work has been re chromed or polished. The underside is as clean as the top with a fully restored undercarriage featuring all new fuel and brake lines and a Safe-T-Track rear axle with 3:55 gears. The original 76X code 389ci 348hp motor with a 4 speed manual transmission power this muscle car down the road. Both engine and transmission were rebuilt during restoration.
